Now, select the language in which you are comfortable to talk. Press 1 for English, 2 for Hindi and 3 for Punjabi.

Step 3: Select option for personal loan

To know your personal loan statement details select the option of personal loan dial 1 for the same.

Step 4: Connect with customer care representative

As your call is transferred to the customer care executive person you can now share your concern with him. You should be ready with your Customer Identification number and Telephone Identification Number (TIN) or your Debit Card number/ ATM Card number/ Bearer Card number and associated PIN to verify yourself on IVR.
