How the interest will be charged in my loan account?
Interest rate of UCO Home Loan will be calculated on a daily reducing balance. It means that the interest rate will be calculated only on the outstanding balance which reduces every time an EMI or Prepayment will be made by you.
What are the charges applicable on processing of UCO Home Loan?
A loan processing charge equivalent to 0.5% of the loan amount will be levied on the borrower at the time of loan application. Loan processing charges are subject to minimum Rs. 1,500 to maximum Rs. 15,000.

Yes, cases where husband is the only earning member of family but plot of land is in the name of the wife, are considerable to avail the loan. In this kind of circumstances, loan will be granted in the joint name of wife and husband where husband will be considered as the main borrower of the availed loan and wife as the co-borrower.
How do I make repayment for my loan?
The repayment of the loan can be made in either way, PDCs (Post-Dated Cheques), Standing Instructions, Internet Banking or ECS (Electronic Clearance System).
PDCs are a general way to make a repayment of the loan. However, it is recommended to use either Internet Banking or to give Standing Instructions to the branch where Saving / Current account is maintained with the UCO bank. Otherwise, you can get ECS instructions registered with the UCO bank where saving account is maintained with any other bank / financial institution.
How much I can pay as the repayment of the loan per month?
