SBI have provided various methods to Cardholders to pay their credit card bills on time and save the hustle. Below are the different ways to pay your SBI Credit Card Bill Online.

Paying SBI Credit Card Bill Online using National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)
  • Log in to the net banking facility of your bank. Add SBI Card as a beneficiary, under third party transfer.
  • Add the IFSC code SBIN00CARDS for making SBI Card payment.
  • Enter your 16-digit SBI Card number in place of account number on the banking page.
  • Fill Bank name as SBI CREDIT CARD - NEFT
  • Fill Bank Address as PAYMENT SYSTEMS GROUP, STATE BANK GITC, CBD BELAPUR, NAVI MUMBAI.
  • Click Submit button to complete your registration process.

Payment will reflect within 3 banking hours in your SBI Credit Card account. Payments made till 3:30 pm via NEFT payment mode, will get credited within 3 banking hours, same day.

Paying SBI Credit Card Bill Online using Paynet-Pay Online
  • Log in to sbicard.com using your SBI Card online user ID and password

How To Apply for an SBI Credit Card?

  • Choose any SBI Credit Card at Paisa that is suitable to your requirements.
  • Click on Apply and fill the Online Application Form. You'll be asked to provide the details for your Address, Contact, Income, Employer Details, Educational Qualifications.
  • Once the application form is submitted successfully, you will then receive confirmation that AMEX have received your application.
  • You will need to send your documents to AMEX to prove your legal status and identity.

If your application got rejected for any reason, you would be able to apply after 3 months of your previous application. There are some exceptional circumstances in which SBI may not allow you to re-apply for a longer period.

Within what time will I get the items redeemed against the rewards points?

Reward products can have different time depending upon the Offer provider. For E Vouchers, delivery can take between 3 to 10 working days and for Reward Catalogue Products, it can take between 15 to 30 days to deliver the product.

How can I check my reward points summary?

You can check the reward points summary in the following ways –

  • By referring your latest credit card statement or
  • By sending an SMS -REWARDS XXXX (where XXXX stands for the last 4 digits of your card number) to 5676791 from your registered mobile number
  • By logging in to sbicard.com > Dashboard > at the bottom, the rewards points summary & expiring rewards points are displayed.
  • By login SBI Card mobile app.
What are the charges of redemption fee on SBI Card?

SBI charges a fee of Rs. 99 plus applicable taxes per transaction on your SBI Credit Card account against redemption.

Do the Reward Points accrued on my card expire?

The Reward Points accumulated on your SBI Credit Card account expires after the 24 months from the date of accrual. Any points not redeemed by the end of the stipulated 24 months from the date of accrual will lapse.

You can know the number of Reward Points that are expiring in a particular month by logging on to sbicard.com or SBI mobile app. This information is also mentioned in your monthly statement.

How can I view the status of my previous orders?

You can view the status of your requests for the redeemed reward via the Track your Request link under online reward redemption. Alternatively, you can email to SBI Card Service or call SBI Card Helpline at 1800-180-1290 (Toll-Free) or 3902-0202 (please prefix the STD code of your city) for assistance.

For how long is the gift voucher valid?

The validity of the gift voucher varies depending upon the offer expiry date. However, each voucher is validated for at least 3 months. The issue date, validity and expiry date will be printed on the voucher.

What is points + pay option?

SBI offers its cardholders an option called Points + Pay that gives you the freedom to redeem your Reward Points partly through the usual redemption of Reward Points and partly through the balance on your Credit Card.

Are there any charges associated with the reward point redemption process?

A rewards redemption fee of ₹99 plus applicable taxes is debited from your SBI Card account for each redemption request towards delivery and processing charges. Please note, the reward redemption fee + Applicable Taxes would be charged only once in 24 hours irrespective of no. of items redeemed during this period. There are no other charges associated with reward redemption.

Can I pay my SBI Card outstanding using my Reward Points?

Yes. You can settle your outstanding amount through your Reward Points in the multiples of 2,000 for the same.
