How to Check ICICI Bank Credit Card Balance

Method 1: Check ICICI Credit Balance through SMS


You can check your ICICI credit card balance by sending SMS to ICICI bank from your registered mobile number.

Step 1: Compose a new message

To check your credit card balance via SMS you have to open compose message from your phone and type “IBALCC Last six digits of credit card number” from your registered mobile number.

Step 2: Send SMS to 5676766

Now, you can send the SMS to 5676766 and you will get a message of your credit card balance in return. Within few minutes you will receive an SMS containing the credit card balance info.

Method 2: Check ICICI Credit Card Balance through ICICI Bank Mobile App


You can check your credit card balance by ICICI mobile app in your mobile phones. For Android users you can download the app from here and for iOS users, you can download from here.

Step 1: Log in to mobile app

Firstly, you need to log in to your ICICI bank mobile app from your phone using your id and password and click on “Cards, Loans & Forex” tab to get the list of Credit Cards linked to your account

Step 2: Click on card number

Now, the credit cards linked to your account will open. You can click on the credit card number, for which you want to know the details.

Step 3: Check the due balance

The mobile screen will display the available balance (credit limit) and other details instantly.

Method 3: Check ICICI Bank Credit Card Balance via ICICI Bank Net Banking


You can check your ICICI credit card balance online using the net banking service of ICICI bank with your user id and password.

Step 1: Login to ICICI online account

Log in to your ICICI net banking online account using the customer ID and password.

Step 2: Select the “Credit Card” option

From the “my accounts” tab you have to select the option of “credit cards” and from there, your credit card details will be displayed.

Step 3: Check your balance

If you have multiple credit cards, select the Credit Card number to get the available credit balance. Otherwise, the screen will display the available balance for your credit card.

Method 4: Check ICICI Credit Card Balance through Customer Care


You can check your credit card balance by calling on the number written on the back of your credit card.

Step 1: Call on the customer care number

Firstly, you need to call on the customer care number 1800-200-3344 (toll free) written on the back of your credit card.

Step 2: Select language

Select the language you are comfortable to talk in. Press 1 for English, 2 for Hindi and 3 for regional language.

Step 3: Select the option for credit card

The IVR will give you various options you have to press 1 for credit cards, and then to know the balance of credit card you have to press 2.

Step 4: Enter your Credit card number

You have to enter your 16 digit credit card number and the IVR will tell you the balance of your credit card.

Method 5: Check ICICI Credit Card Balance at ICICI Bank Branch


You can ask your credit card balance from the bank. You have to visit the nearest branch of ICICI bank for the same.

Step 1: Visit the nearest branch of ICICI Bank

You have to visit the nearest branch of ICICI bank in your location to know your credit card balance.

Step 2: Go to the help desk representative

As, you will enter in the bank you can go the help desk representative and ask him/her to tell you your credit card balance. The help desk representative will ask you for your card details, share your details and check your card balance.

Method 6: Check ICICI Credit Card Balance at ICICI Bank ATM


You can check your credit card balance at any nearest ATM.

Step 1: Walk to the nearest ATM

You have to walk to the nearest ATM nearby your location.

Step 2: Insert card and click on balance enquiry

Now, you need to insert your credit card in the ATM machine and choose the Balance enquiry option.

Step 3: Enter PIN

Enter the pin of your credit card, if you need a receipt click yes else no and the click on continue.

Step 4: Check balance

Now you can check your credit card balance on the ATM machine screen.
